building from git debian way on hardy

this was from previous snapshot

added in control
libxxf86dga-dev
libxxf86vm-dev

in rules
--disable-live555

on intrepid i have modified in control
libdc1394-22-dev

also i have removed the line with libgrowl_udp_plugin
in vlc-nox.install
